Commercial properties get judged fast. Someone pulls into the parking lot, glances at the landscaping, and already has an impression of the business before they walk through the door. Overgrown shrubs, messy beds, and leftover debris from winter don't just look bad - they send the wrong message.
Here's what we were working with on this one: beds loaded with leaves and buildup, shrubs that had gotten loose and shaggy, and edges that had lost their definition. Nothing was catastrophic, but it all added up to a property that just looked tired. That's the kind of thing that's easy to ignore until you see what a full cleanup actually does.
We went through the whole property - cleared out the debris, trimmed back the shrubs, cut clean edges around every bed, and topped everything off with fresh black mulch. That dark mulch is what really ties it together. It makes the green pop, it makes the beds look intentional, and it keeps the whole thing looking sharp for a long time after we're done.
This is the kind of work we genuinely enjoy. Commercial lawn care and landscaping like this has a real impact - not just visually, but for the businesses operating out of these properties. When the outside looks clean and put-together, it reflects well on everyone inside. We're grateful for every job that lets us do what we do best.
Also - we'll be at the donut shop in Indian Lake on June 22 from 9 to 12. Free donuts on us. Come say hi.
