Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, with room to grow based on your experience and reliability. Overtime opportunities are on the table too - this isn't a job where you punch the clock and go home early when a storm rolls in. We run trucks and equipment through the night and into the early morning hours to make sure our clients are taken care of. That's just how we operate.

What are we looking for? Someone who can be on call and get to the job site fast when snow starts falling. You need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with plows, skid steers, or salting equipment is a plus - but if you're motivated and willing to learn, we'll train you. Shoveling, snow blowing, and salting are all part of the job.

We handle everything from sidewalk clearing and hand-spreading salt at night to running full spreader rigs across parking lots and driveways. It's physical, it's demanding, and it matters to the people we serve. We take pride in doing this work right - not cutting corners because it's cold out.
